User talk:Grognor
Hello, I notice you've been reverting some of my edits. Are we cool?
In general, I think wikis work better when folks work to refine the contributions of others and try to find an approach that combines the advantages of both versions rather than reverting. I'm also not persuaded that slang is undesirable. I actually liked that sentence a fair amount.--John Maxwell IV 04:18, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
Hi Grognor, do you have any ideas on how we could create an about page that we both agree introduces new users to Less Wrong effectively?--John Maxwell IV 23:34, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
Since my discussion post was still in the public eye, I've asked others to comment on my proposed changes on [[Talk:Lesswrong:Aboutpage]]. I would prefer for us to come to an agreement without the aid of outsiders, so please write on my talk page if you have an idea and I'll stop directing others to the article talk page.--John Maxwell IV 23:50, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
