I have struggled my whole life to be The Doctor, since years before I ever watched an episode of Doctor Who, which makes it even more appropriate. (Time traveling immortal genius who revels in the ingenuity of the human spirit and dedicates his life to the most beautiful moments in the universe as well as stopping all reality's destruction? Yes please. If he could stop holding the idiot ball or live in a universe with more internal consistency it'd be even better.)

I am pursuing my PhD in Number Theory, and my dream is to someday make it so that you can learn Hartshorne by playing a video game instead of reading that abominable tome. Seriously I can name 654 pokemon by sight and talk about their type weaknesses and competitive movesets; if that information were about molecules and reactions I'd have a degree in biochemistry. And it's not like biochemistry is LESS strategically engaging than pokemon.
